Where is our hotel located?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. For arrivals on Monday or Tuesday (closed days), please let us know your approximate arrival time. Early check-in: €45.00 per room, subject to availability. Extra breakfast on the day of arrival: €19.50 per person (advance booking required).

Where can I park?
During your stay, free parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel (not covered).

Are dogs permitted in the Märzenklamm hotel restaurant?
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs/pets are not permitted in the hotel or restaurant.

Can ski passes/Zillertal Aktiv Cards be purchased at the hotel?
You can conveniently obtain ski passes in winter and the Zillertal Aktiv Card in summer at reception. The price is the same as you would pay at the mountain railway ticket office. You can conveniently pay for everything together with your room bill on departure. The use of the key card is charged at €2. After skiing, you can return your expired ski pass directly to the machine at the valley station or have it reactivated at the hotel reception for a new day of skiing.

Is a deposit required?
We request payment of 30% within 14 days of booking. Deposits can be made by credit card or PayPal (link in the reservation) or directly to our account: Bank: Raika Stumm, Stummerberg / Purpose: Name and reservation period IBAN: AT28 3633 2000 0003 2045.

Can only be used once per booking. The most favourable offer for you always applies. We request that you book package weeks in advance.

Cancellation policy for all bookings:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
- From 30 days before arrival, late arrival and early departure: 100% of the total package price.

Cancellation policy for all bookings with arrival dates between 25 December and 6 January.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months prior to arrival.
- From 2 months prior to arrival, late arrival and early departure: 100% of the total package price.

Separate cancellation conditions apply to reservations of 5 rooms or more.
To avoid any cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We can only accept room cancellations in writing.

What if I have to end my holiday early?
Please understand that in the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the total price according to the booking, as this represents a significant loss of business for us. To avoid being charged cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We will send you more detailed information when we provide you with a quote or when you complete your booking.

Can I book the same room as last time?
It is not always possible for us to confirm specific room numbers or floors, and we ask for your understanding in this matter. However, we always do our best to accommodate your requests.

Green travel bonus
Start your holiday stress-free and without long waits in traffic jams. We are committed to sustainable travel: guests who arrive by train receive a bonus of €30.00 per room and stay as a discount (the Green Travel Bonus can only be granted for bookings made directly with the hotel).

Why is there no ‘stay cleaning’ on Sundays?
A small sacrifice with a big impact. We help nature by conserving water, cleaning products and energy. Every year, the money saved is donated to GLOBAL2000. Fresh towels and toilet paper are still available when needed, of course.

Vegetarian dishes are available in our restaurant.

Is it possible to book half board?
Our rooms can only be booked with breakfast buffet. We are happy to reserve a table for dinner in our à la carte restaurant (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). To guarantee a pleasant culinary experience in our restaurant, we recommend reserving a table before arrival. Demand can be high, especially at popular times.
